This Privacy Policy is to ensure Involve Design Inc. (“Involve”, "Involve Design", “we”, or “us”) is transparent as to how we collect, manage, and use your data responsibly and securely. We at Involve care and respect your right to privacy and control over your personal information.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide to us in any other way. We use Google Analytics to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information provided by you when reaching out to Involve, exclusive to First Name, Last Name, and Email.
HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Data collected with Google Analytics is used to determine interest in our services, identify ways to improve our website, and to collect/respond to interested prospective clients so that we can begin conversations about possible engagements with our company. Usage data of the site will also help us evaluate and modify the design and content so that it is as useful and informative for our current and prospective clients as possible.
Your personally identifiable information (Name, First Name, Last Name, Email) is collected for three reasons:

How does this help beyond clicks and page tracking with Google Analytics? Requesting visitors to provide some form of personal information is a common and proven method to provide a reliable indicator of interest in the service offering. It is not possible to know if a click or page view was accidental or intentional.

Build a list of prospective clients. We use Gmail and/or Wix as our email and client contact management platforms (info@involve.design). We will store your first name, last name and email in our contact list so that we can reach out in response to your request.

Respond to messages. We will use Gmail and/or Wix to respond and continue communication with you in response to any request made via our website.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
HOW WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Involve is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to make our website available to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
We also use Gmail to send emails and receive notifications from Wix when visitors sign up. Wix includes your First Name, Last Name, and Email in the notification to our Gmail account.

We use cookies on our site that are used as part of the Wix.com platform and Google Analytics. The cookies used are subject to change at any time.
HOW TO WITHDRAW CONSENT FOR HOLDING YOUR INFORMATION
Email us at info@involve.design with your request clearly stating that you would like us to remove all personal identifiable information. Upon receiving the request from you, we will remove all personal information stored on both the Wix.com and Gmail platforms within 45 days of your request. Please note there may be some areas of the Gmail platform which we don't have access to and take longer than the 45 days to remove your information.
UPDATES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
